Ihr Profil und Aufgaben:

• Sie haben bei einem Telekommunikationsanbieter als BSS-Leiter gearbeitet und kennen sich mit allen Aspekten von Fulfillment, Assurance, Bestandsmanagement und BSS-Produktkatalog (Prepaid-Aufladungen, Wallet-Management und Voucher-Management) aus.
• Als BSS-Leiter verfügen Sie über fundierte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Qualitätssicherung, Design, Test und Integration sowie über die Integration von BSS-Komponenten mit 4G/5G-Kernelementen.
• Sie verstehen alle Aspekte von CRM, Mediation, OCS, Rating, Collection, Orchestrierung und Provisioning für Postpaid- und Prepaid-Mobilfunkdienste.
• Geeignete Kandidaten verfügen über 3GPP- und IETF-Abrechnungsprinzipien für Online- und Offline-Abrechnung sowie über 3GPP-Abrechnungsschnittstellen von 4G/ 5G, z. B. Sy, Gy, Ro, NCHF.
• Sie führen funktionale/nicht-funktionale Testfälle durch, verfolgen die Ergebnisse der Testdurchführung und erstatten den leitenden Interessenvertretern Bericht. Sie haben auch Erfahrung im Management von Labortests, haben Netzwerksimulatoren und Tools wie Postman und JMETER verwendet.
• Sie sind in der Lage, die Ergebnisse der Testdurchführung zu erfassen und zu dokumentieren sowie alle Informationen zu sammeln, die für die laufenden Messungen und die Berichterstattung über Risiken, Mängel, Tests und Abdeckung erforderlich sind.

RIZE’s client is looking to recruit a BSS & Integration Project Lead (m/f/d) in Düsseldorf.

Your Profile and responsibilities:

• You will have worked for a telecom’s vendor as a BSS lead with hands on knowledge of all aspects of fulfilment, assurance, inventory management and BSS product catalogue ( prepaid recharges , wallet management and voucher management ).
• As a BSS lead you will have a strong background within quality assurance, design, test, and integration activities, as well as understanding how BSS components integrate with 4G / 5G core elements.
• You will understand all aspects of CRM, mediation, OCS, rating, collection, orchestration, and provisioning for post-paid and pre-paid mobile network services.
• Suitable candidates will have 3GPP and IETF charging principles for online and offline charging as well as having 3GPP charging interfaces of 4G/ 5G e.g Sy, Gy , Ro, NCHF.
• You will execute functional / non-functional test cases and then track and reports on the test execution results to senior stakeholders, you will also have experience managing lab testing, has used network simulators and tools like Postman and JMETER.
• You will be able to collect and document the outcome of test executions and all information needed to support ongoing measurements and reporting on risks, defects, tests, and coverage.
