Ihr Profil:

• Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium als Bauingenieur im Bereich Bauwesen -Hochbau/Stahlbau;
• Berufserfahrung im Bereich Stahlbau und Bau von Fundamenten (z.B. Windkraftanlagen, Mobilfunkmasten). Erfahrung als Bauleiter von Mobilfunkstandorten wäre vom Vorteil;
• Höhentauglichkeit (G41)
• Gute Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten;
• Führungskompetenz und Kundenorientierung;
• Hohe Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein;
• Gute PC-Kennt
• nisse, MS Office;
• Führerschein B-Klasse;
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Überprüfung von Mobilfunk Planungen, Konstruktionzeichnungen und Statiken (keine

  Berechnung);

• Durchführung von Auskundung- bzw. Baustellenbegehungen (BTB)

• Koordination und Betreuung von Baumaßnahmen zur Errichtung von Mobilfunkmasten

  (Stahlgitter- und Rohrtürme)

• Baustellenplanung und Erstellung von Kundenangeboten
• Betreuung der Nachauftragnehmer. Begleitung und Überwachung der Mastbau-Projekte.
• Prüfung der Angebote und Aufmasse.
• Behördenkommunikation
• Durchführung von Standortabnahmen und Qualitätskontrolle, Anfertigung der Dokumentation
• Sicherstellen der Arbeitssicherheit und des Umweltschutzes auf den Baustellen

RIZE’s client is looking to recruit a Mobile Site Coordinator (m/f/d) in Lahr / Schwarzwald.

Your profile:

• Completed technical studies as a civil engineer in the field of civil engineering - structural engineering/steel construction;
• Professional experience in the field of steel construction and construction of foundations (e.g. wind turbines, mobile phone masts). Experience as a site manager of mobile phone sites would be an advantage;
• Ability to work at heights (G41)
• Good teamwork and communication skills;
• Leadership skills and customer orientation;
• High reliability and sense of responsibility;
• Good PC skills
• MS Office;
• B-class driving licence;
• Fluent German- and English- knowledge

Your respnsibilities:

• Review of mobile radio plans, construction drawings and structural analyses (no calculation);
• Carrying out site inspections (BTB)
• Coordination and supervision of construction measures for the erection of mobile phone masts (steel lattice and tubular towers)
• Construction site planning and preparation of customer quotations
• Supervision of subcontractors. Support and supervision of mast construction projects.
• Checking of offers and measurements.Communication with authorities
• Carrying out site inspections and quality control, preparing documentation.
• Ensuring occupational safety and environmental protection on the construction sites.
